Delivery Schedule
When you place your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email immediately, to let you know we have successfully received your order.
Orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday are normally despatched the same day. Items under £5 are charged at £1.99, up to £50 is shipping is £3.49 over £50 is charged at 5.49 and over £100 is £9.99, there is also a £6.99 Next Day Special Delivery option. Bulky items are sent next day via courier at £7.50
Please note: Shipping to the rest of Europe will cost £5.49 or approx 8.08 Euros.
Stock Availability
A stock check is run each night to determine the availability of each item. If an item or option (such as a particular colour) is sold out it will say as such within the item details. Unfortunately an item may go out of stock during the day, should this happen after you have submitted your order then you will be contacted, as soon as possible, by one of our Customer Service Advisers. If an item is not available, we may send a substitute of equal or greater value which you can return free of charge if it is unacceptable.
Delivery times for each item will be shown in your shopping basket. Items indicated as 'In Stock' will normally be delivered within 48 hours.*
Should delivery be attempted when you are not at home a telephone number will be left so you can rearrange delivery at a more suitable time.
48 hour service does not include items delivered direct from our suppliers, weekends, or public holidays and is subject to stock and courier availability.
All of the delivery timings listed are not available in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas), Scottish Offshore Islands and remote parts of Great Britain. Where there is a payment for delivery, it will be added to the total price. We do not accept liability for deliveries made outside the stated schedule. We regret that we are unable to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas), Scottish Offshore Islands and remote parts of Great Britain.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
When processing an order, we require the details of the credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as a delivery/billing address (we will only send to the card billing address), email address and contact number. All information is collectedin accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We also reserve the right to refuse the fulfilment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your details. You can check the information that we hold by sending an email to us.
Approval & Returns
To guarantee your satisfaction, all our products come with a 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a refund (minus 20% of item cost and postage if applicable).
When using the 14 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods over £20 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. Non-returnable once the seal has been broken or removed

PCs and PC packages, motorised scooters, camcorders, digital cameras, mobile phones and Christmas decorations. You can return these by exercising your statutory right to cancel your order.
None of the above affects your statutory rights. Our approval policy is also in addition to your statutory right to cancel your order, referred to above.
Goods Excluded from the 14 Day Approval Policy
As stated above, certain products are excluded from our 14 day approval Policy and cannot be returned to us. This applies to personalised items, foodstuffs, hampers, wines, spirits, beers and other perishable items such as flowers; for hygiene reasons jewellery which pierces the skin, personal care products once opened and unsealed cosmetics and fragrances. In addition, audio or video recordings (on DVD, CD and Tape) and computer software where the seal is broken or removed and PC's once installed.
We regret that in the event you return such perishable items to us, they will be destroyed but will remain on your account. If you return any of the non-perishable items described above, they will be sent back to you and will remain charged to your account. We reserve the right to make a charge of £4.95 to your account to cover the extra handling and postage costs we incur.
PC's (prior to installation), PC Packages, Motorised Scooters, Camcorders and Digital Cameras are all excluded from the 14 day approval Policy but may be returned within 14 working days of receipt under Distance Selling Regulations. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Goods returned after the expiry of the 14 day approval period
If you do not want to keep what you have ordered, we may, at our discretion, accept goods returned to us after the expiry of the 14 day approval Period. However, we reserve the right to charge the cost of returning such items to your account. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Returns Policy
Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3 days, subject to manufacturer availability.

Remittance Terms
Normal Remittance Terms are payment with order using one of our accepted payment methods. Cheque payments will be subject to normal clearance delays prior to us shipping your order (normally no more than 5 working days, though occasionally longer). |
